Australian Rowing Team Dominates at World Cup III

Congratulations to all the Victorian Athletes that competed in the World Cup 3 in Rotterdam, Netherlands 

The Victorian Athletes raced in the following boats, 
Tim Masters in the Men's Four- Gold 
Liam Donald, Simon Keenan, Joshua Booth, Angus Widdicombe in the Men's Eight with sixth in the A Final. 
Alice Arch in the Ligtheweight Women's Double 2nd in the B Final 
Jess Morrison in the Women's Pair - Gold 
Amanda Bateman in the Women's Double Scull - Silver 
Katrina Werry, Sarah Hawe, Lucy Stephan in the Women's Four - Gold 
Katrina Bateman in the Women's Quadruple Scull - Bronze 
Rosemary Popa, Jessica Morrison, and James Rook in the Women's Eight - Silver

Rowing Vicotria Upcoming Events to promote our Pathways

Rowing Victoria are getting out in to the rowing community over the next couple of weeks. On our events page we have outlined these. 

On Wednesday 17th July, at 5:30 pm we will be at Barwon Rowing Club to do a meet and greet with Geelong Rowing Community, check out the event link for more information and to register.

On Wednesday 24th July from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm we are running a Talent ID Day at Ballarat Wendouree Rowing Club. Come on down to the club and meet two time Olympian Josh Dunkley-Smith, get tested on the Rowing Talent ID Equipment and learn some ergo technique tips for the Upcoming SSV Indoor Ergo Championships

On Wednesday 24th July from 5:30 pm we will be at the Lake View Hotel for a meet and greet with the Ballarat Rowing Community, check out the event link for more information and to register.

Membership Renewal for 2019 - 2020 

Reminding all clubs of the need to assign state memberships to your members in rowing manager. This ensures that your members receive personal accident cover under the Rowing Australia Insurance Program and Rowing Victoria's Maritime safety exemptions for pfd's. 

This is part of the renewal of members for the new membership season which started on 1st July, 2019. 

We also remind you that your members must have a competitive membership and need to have agreed to the Rowing Australia terms and conditions to be entered.
