How to renew membership

System Administrators can renew their members state membership from either the Membership List (and select the Previous Season tab) or the Membership Renewal menu items in Rowing Manager. You can then renew and re-affiliate members either individually or in bulk after selecting the appropriate Membership Type at the top of the page. You will receive a conformation after each renewal.

More information, and help, is available here.

For Clubs, after you have renewed memberships, Rowing Manager will email the Rowing Australia Terms & Conditions to each individual for acceptance. Individuals will not be able to be entered without accepting the T&C’s.

And closing with a word for the wise – Clubs should use Junior Competitive, Senior Competitive and Recreational Memberships when assigning state memberships, and not use the School Competitive Membership type. On the other hand, Schools should use the School Competitive Membership type, and in limited circumstances, the Recreational Membership type.

Next week I will cover how to add new members.
