Having trouble entering a crew member?

Rowers with a competitive state membership and a verified date of birth who have agreed to the Rowing Australia Terms & Conditions can be entered. If these requirements aren’t met, the rower may not appear in the athlete lists on the Rowing Manager Regatta Entry Form, and can’t be entered, or you will get an error message which will explain why the rower is ineligible.

In addition to these requirements, coxswains, must also be accredited. And coaches must have a state membership, albeit not necessarily a competitive membership, and must also have a coaching accreditation in order to be associated with the crew on the entry.

So if you can’t find a rower, coxswain or coach on the lists on the Regatta Entry Form, please check their membership in Rowing Manager. The Membership List will show you their state membership, and whether they have agreed to the Rowing Australia T&C’s.

Of Course some events have other conditions that the rowers must satisfy including age and Rowing Score. The Regatta Entry Form will display additional information when you are entering crews in events with these additional requirements. For more help on the Regatta Entry Form, click on Help in the top left corner of the form.

Please be aware that entries for the 2019 Saltwater Challenge, 2019 Head of the Barwon and the 2019 Head of the Yarra are open and being accepted.

Next week I will cover how to renew memberships.
