This will be one of a series of RV Coaching Seminars held regularly throughout the 2016-2017 season provided primarily for coaches.  A great place to begin the new rowing season.
Club/school administrators, athletes, parents and friends are more than welcome.

TOPIC: No matter what your level of experience, the Victorian Rowing Coaches’ Network (VRCN) is offering you the chance to add to your “coaching toolbox”.  The next Coaching Workshop: ‘Rowing Drills and Exercises'  will provide appropriate exercises and drills to rectify faults in rowing technique and reinforce the application of the National Technical Model. It will make your life as a coach so much easier.    

It is to be held on Wednesday, October 12 (7pm-9pm) at a Melbourne venue to be confirmed.  Bill Tait (VIS Head coach with Olympic and World Championship success) will be the key presenter.
