Each year, Rowing Victoria holds two General Meetings and it's Annual General Meeting which must be held before the 31st October.
All members are welcome to participate in the General Meetings, and may do so through their appointed delegate, or proxy. Further details on participation, voting rights and proxies are detailed in Part 4 of Rowing Victoria's Constitution available here.
