Australian Athletes win Medals at Under 23 World Championships 

Congratulations to the Australian team on their performance in the Under 23 World Championships raced from the 24th - 28th July in Sarasota-Bradenton, USA.For the results of the whole regatta click here

Congratulations to the following Victorian athletes on their performanves,

- Ria Thompson (University of Queensland,  Gold in the Women's Under 23 Single Video here of her race 
- Men's Under 23 Coxed Four win Gold with Mitch Hooper and Ben Canham coached by Nick Mitchell all from Mercantile Rowing Club, Video of their race here 
- Women's Under 23 Coxed Four win Bronze with Imogen Purcel (Mercantile Rowing Club) and Phoebe Georgakas (Melbourne University Boat Club) Coached by Annabelle Eaton from St Kevin's College. Video of their race
- Men's Under 23 Coxless Four with Rohan Lavery (Melbourne University Boat Club) Coached by Matt Ryan (Melbourne University Boat Club) came third in the B Final ranked ninth overall. 
- Men's Under 23 Eight with Mitchell Hooper (Mercantile Rowing Club) and Alexander Wolf (Mercantile Rowing Club) coming sixth in the A Final.
